Crossfire

The transition from childhood to young adulthood is not easy. Youth today face many pressures and temptations and challenges. That is where Crossfire comes in. Crossfire is the name of our youth program here at New Life. It begins with confirmation (normally 7th grade) and continues for high school and college age youth.

The primary purpose of Crossfire is to support and strengthen young Christians.
Through Wednesday evening activities, Sunday morning Bible study, and summer events like Summer Stretch and the National Youth Gathering, we try to help youth understand that life in Christ is good and fun and meaningful. We want young people to know that no matter what they are going through or dealing with, their congregation loves them and welcomes them in the name of Jesus.

For helpful youth resources, check out thESource.

We rotate every week from Campfires to Bible Studies to Game Nights to Service Projects.
(and yes, we have campfires in the depths of winter!)
Come join the fun, make Friends, and learn who Jesus means you to Be!

The passion of Christ at the National Youth Gathering

Toting “tons” of tuna at the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans July 2010. How did we survive the heat and HUMIDITY?!?
